100 grams pitted dates
100 grams pecan nuts
50 grams mixed seeds
50 grams rolled oats
4 tbsp cacao powder
2 tbsp almond butter
Zest from 1 orange
3 tbsp orange juice (or use the juice from your zested orange ☺)

Instructions

Blitz all the ingredients together in a food processor (TIP: add one ingredient at a time to allow for easier mixing)
Once a dough is formed, pop it on a chopping board and split into 18 equalish size piece
Roll into balls, then store in an airtight container in the fridge (they'll keep for upto 2 weeks)
