MUSHROOM CHOCOLATE

No wait, hear us out! 😂. The subtle, earthy flavours of our Mushroom Blend combine beautifully with chocolate. Combine the two with this super easy recipe, and you've got a indulgent treat that's packed full of nutrients! 🙌.

120 grams Cocoa Butter (finely chopped or grated)
3 tablespoons Maple Syrup (you can add slightly more/less to taste)
50 grams Cacao Powder
1 pinch Sea Salt
20 grams No Evil Nutrition Organic Mushroom blend

Instructions

Add approx. 2 inch of water to a large pan (that you can place a mixing bowl on top of - see step 2) and bring to a boil
Place a glass mixing bowl on top of the pan, making sure it's above but not touching the water
Add Cocoa butter to the mixing bowl, using the rising heat from the water to melt it
Once melted, stir in the Maple Syrup
Add the powders (Cacao, Mushroom Blend and Salt) and whisk in until you have a smooth consistency with no lumpy bits
Pour the mixture into a mould of your choice. You can be creative here! Use a lined loaf tin to create a single chocolate bar, cupcake cases for chocolate 'cups' or silicon ice cube moulds for cubes/hearts/whatever shapes you can find!
