Mushroom blend is a whole Mushroom powder, not an extract, so you’re getting the complete nutritional profile (and therefore benefits) of the fungi. HOW MANY CALORIES ARE IN MUSHROOM BLEND? WOULD IT BREAK A FAST?
Mushroom Blend is 12 calories per serving, so is perfect for getting nutrients whilst fasting. Brewed with hot water, black coffee or consumed in capsule form, it will not break a fast.

IS THERE CAFFEINE IN MUSHROOM BLEND?
