HOW DO I USE IT?

Mushroom blend is a whole Mushroom powder, not an extract, so you’re getting the complete nutritional profile (and therefore benefits) of the fungi. We’re talking Macronutrients like protein and complex carbohydrates, Micronutrients including B Vitamins and Iron, Antioxidants, Fibre, Polysaccharides, Alpha-glucans and Beta-glucans. Mushroom Blend is produced from 100% fruiting body, as this is the most nutrient rich part of the Mushroom.

HOW MANY CALORIES ARE IN MUSHROOM BLEND? WOULD IT BREAK A FAST?
Mushroom Blend is 12 calories per serving, so is perfect for getting nutrients whilst fasting. Brewed with hot water, black coffee or consumed in capsule form, it will not break a fast.

IS THERE CAFFEINE IN MUSHROOM BLEND?
No caffeine here, it’s all the other compounds found in functional Mushrooms that give you a little boost.
